I deliver tailored, practical training sessions directly with apprentices and their line managers, covering the real skills and behaviours that determine whether an apprentice stays, performs and progresses. Sessions for apprentices cover: professional etiquette and emailing, workplace communication, time management and balancing apprenticeship demands, accountability and ownership, resilience and growth mindset, relationship building and internal personal brand. Sessions for line managers cover: integrating apprentices effectively into the team, building and owning a development plan, holding accountability conversations, setting clear escalation boundaries and supporting apprentices through their studies at college or university. Delivered as half-day sessions, full-day sessions or as a structured programme across the year.
