Transforming How Organisations Develop & Retain Their Early Talent
Meet Jeffrey Manso

Jeffrey Manso is an Early Talent Specialist, Corporate Trainer and Keynote Speaker
Jeffrey is the founder of Gr8ness Coaching, a training and development organisation that partners with organisations to develop, support and retain their early talent.
ā
As an Early Careers Advisor working day-to-day in the field, Jeffrey brings a rare combination of lived experience and insider knowledge to his work. He understands the real challenges organisations face with early talent, from apprentices who disengage or withdraw, to line managers who are underprepared to support them, and he knows exactly what closes the gap.
ā
Having overcome bullying during his own school years, Jeffrey's journey from feeling overlooked to becoming an award-winning speaker makes him a relatable and transformational voice for the apprentices, line managers and early careers professionals he works with.
ā
He has delivered sessions for organisations including BBC, Barclays, NatWest, Nottingham Trent University, the University of Westminster and the UK Black Business Show, impacting 4,500+ students and professionals across the UK.
How I work with organisations
I partner with organisations across two service streams as a Corporate Trainer delivering practical sessions directly with apprentices and their line managers, and as an Early Talent Consultant working alongside early careers teams, HR directors and L&D managers to strengthen, measure and run a successful early careers programme in the organisation. Every engagement is built around the real, operational challenges your organisation is facing, not generic training content that sits on a shelf.
